I grew up in the wilds of the Midwest fending off monotony, conservatism and the Michigan Militia by doodling the days away. My favorite subject in school was art... even during math class, which repeatedly got me into trouble. Eventually I sketched my way into the quasi-creative world of Women's Footwear design and have been doing that to support my art habit for the past 14 years.
I have very cultured artistic interests... Pop Culture, Kustom Culture, Comic Culture... if Art Snobs scoff at it... its my kind of art! I've no interest in creating art that will change the world. I prefer my art to entertain at first glance, give you a chuckle from the subtle (and sometimes not-so-subtle) humor when you look at it for a second time... and hopefully when you look at it a third time you won't notice that I can't draw hands... :D
